The Kliff Kingsbury House of Pizza is on the Market
Kliff’s House of Pizzas, the upscale family restaurant in New York City, has been on the market since 2011 for about $5 million.
But the family’s owners, brothers Ben and Josh Kingsbury, have decided to sell to a new buyer.
The restaurant’s future is in jeopardy because of a lack of funds, according to reports.
The Kingsbury family is facing several challenges, including a debt crisis and the closure of two stores.
“We have a lot of debt,” Ben Kingsbury told the New York Post.
“We owe $1 million.
We owe $2 million.”
“It’s a great opportunity for a family to buy the business,” Josh Kingsley added.
“I’m a fan of the company.
I want to be part of the next generation of restaurants.”
The Kingsburys bought the franchise in 2007 and it has been open since.
The business is owned by the Kingsbury brothers, who are the owners of the Kingsley’s Grill chain.
The new buyer is going to have to spend money to renovate the restaurant and put new employees in, Ben Kingsley told The Post.
Ben Kingsley said he is going with a “business of the future,” but he will also have to work to keep the Kingsleys business viable, including paying off debt.
The brothers are expected to make about $1.3 million.
Kliff’s has been a popular destination for the Kingsburys for years, but recently the Kings have had to shut down two stores and lay off employees.
The two stores were at a mall in Manhattan and at the restaurant’s location in Brooklyn, the New Yorkers said.
While Ben Kingsland said the Kings will make the money back, he said the family is still worried about the restaurant.
“It will be a challenge,” Ben said.
I’m very concerned about it.”
Josh Kingsley, the family patriarch, has had a difficult time dealing with the debt crisis, The New York Times reported.
He said he recently filed for bankruptcy protection and plans to sell the Kingss to someone who can help him.
