A new wave of waffle houses is hitting town and the new owners have taken notice.
With a new focus on sustainability and sustainability of the environment, a new wave has arrived on the waffle kitchen.
The latest wave of restaurants to open in the Hampton Roads area include a new location at the Hampton Inn at Westgate Shopping Center, The Hampton Inn in Westgate, and the Westgate Farmers Market at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hampton.
“The Hampton Inn has really become the go-to place for waffle restaurants, and I’m very excited about the opportunity to open that location,” said Joe Stegmann, owner of The Hampton’s Westgate location.
Stegmann said the Hampton’s is a location he has been dreaming of since the opening of the West Gate Farmers Market in 2013.
“I had the opportunity in 2013 to bring a very successful restaurant that was able to take the waffles that were on sale and sell them at a very low price,” he said.
“When you open your restaurant, you want to bring in people that want to come in.
The Westgate farmers market is also a new addition to the Westgates family.”
That’s really where the Hampton was born.”

“We have this huge amount of activity here.
We’ve got lots of businesses.
We have people coming from all over Virginia and other places,” he added.”
Stegman said that if the West Gates location can succeed, the Hampton will open its doors.””
It will just be a great place for a little bit of fun, for a bit of a change.”

The Hampton will have its first full waffle shop in its new location on the Hampton Marketplace in 2017.”
There’s going to be a lot more to come.”
